PLEASE READ
Below is a picture of my 16 year old cousin, Anthony, who was found dead in the small hours of yesterday morning along with 6 of his classmates and 1 teacher. He was on a canyoning trip with his school when a flash flood hit the Mangatepopo River. This is the last and best picture we have of him, and we would like to use it in our funeral arrangements, but it is grainy and out of focus. Anything that you can do to increase quality and clarity would be so very much appreciated by all the family. I'm sure you will understand why I'm not attempting this myself at this point.
